An executive assistant has many responsibilities.
In my work, I have to respond quickly and accurately, but I also focus every day on fostering constructive internal communication and teamwork. Everyone in our staff is pursuing the same ultimate goal, each conscious of his or her role and each attending to his or her responsibilities. We stay positive, and at times have discussions that go beyond title and position, encouraging each other to make this a better company. I think that because this company employs many people who bring experience from a wide variety of industries, we are motivated and encouraged to develop ourselves further. I admire the fact that Theory gives individual consideration to each person and supports personal growth and creativity. I support the Director and Senior Designer in research, concept development and designs, and organize and maintain the sweater line. Of these tasks, I focus on adapting our design process to expand Theory’s product offerings in the knit department, and work very closely with international teams to nuance the line for international consumption. I learn something new every day. I enjoy every process of expansion and success of the company.

My job at Rosner is very diverse. This means I am involved in different processes at the company such as customer consulting, customisation, trend analysis (to keep pace with the market trends) and presentation of the latest collections at the Factory Outlet Center. Every day at Rosner is exciting because I assume a wide variety of responsibilities and I work with employees at various departments.

I support the store managers in about 10 stores, regularly checking on how things are running at each store, and I am deeply involved in guiding and training the staff. It is so satisfying when I feel that my work has contributed to the development of the staff and the various stores! I am dedicated to giving customers my full attention, and meeting many different people brings me "smiles," "joy" and "excitement."
