In March 2008, Theory joined in an effort of Charity:Water based in NY. Our collaboration with charity: water includes in-store installations of photographs to appeal the importance of water held in 6 stores in US and 5 in Japan, along with a range of exclusive Theory and charity: water items and donated the profit to an activity to construct wells.

Charity has worked on problems of poverty via unusual approach such as exhibition and events through various media as a non-profit organization founded in 2006 in NY.
charity: water is a nonprofit initiative bringing clean, safe water to impoverished communities through the construction of freshwater wells. 100% of the money raised goes to direct project costs. In the last 16 months, charity: water has funded 268 wells that, when completed, will serve over 150,000 people in 8 African nations.
