We recognize that creating shareholder value is an important mission, and that dividends are an important aspect in achieving this goal. By maintaining a fixed dividend level, we believe we are reinvesting for global expansion of the Theory brand and this accelerated growth is the best way to create shareholder value. When we reach the stage where reinvestment for growth levels off, we will actively consider the returns to shareholders.
