We have recently found that the metallic fiber used in the fabric CAPTIVA, marketed through department stores and specialty stores in Japan, may irritate the user's skin.
If you are a customer who has purchased this product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. For more details and for further assistance, please contact the store where you purchased the product or contact our Customer Service Center below.
This newly developed material has a combination of a soft resilience and a cool sensation. This fabric has gained and is continuously gaining a high reputation in the US and European markets. Although the product is continuously being sold in these markets, we have decided to take independent action in Japan. The Japanese customers have been notified to call-in the products sold, in order to prevent any incidents.
We deeply regret and apologize for the trouble and inconvenience this may cause our customers and business clients.
