LTH Appointment of Ashley Potter to Chief Operating Officer and President of Theory Europe.

Established in March 2006 by Link Theory Holdings Co., LTD (LTH), Theory Europe GmbH announces the appointment of Mr. Ashley Potter to Chief Operating Officer and President.
Mr. Potter most recently served as Managing Director of English apparel company Charles Tyrwhitt. Prior to Charles Tyrwhitt, Mr. Potter served fourteen years with Polo Ralph Lauren, UK, ultimately in the capacity of Senior Vice President Sales, Europe and as a member of the European board.
Mr. Potter is the first to occupy this recently created position, and will be charged with the growth strategy, operations, retail expansion and development of the European arm of contemporary apparel company, Theory LLC. Tina Bhojwani will remain Vice President of International Sales and Marketing, based in the New York headquarters. She will support the European efforts, as well as strategize on expanding Theory's presence in emerging markets globally.
