In 2009 Helmut Lang Spring/Summer Collection, the world-limited merchandise with serial number collaborated with a British artist, Jessica Albarn will be launched.
Her anthology also will be sold at Helmut Lang store during that period and small gift in a limited quantity will be prepared for the customer who buys those limited products.

BIOGRAPHY - JESSICA ALBARN
After college Jessica Albarn began exhibiting and was a founder member of the then Northbank Gallery in London, run by a collective of artists. Soon after however, she became pregnant with her first of two children.She continued to paint and draw, but found that her children inspired a different route for a while, ‘Brainbow’. An Interactive Installation for Children. Which she was a finalist for at the British Female Inventor of the Year Award.Over the last few years she has concentrated almost exclusively on drawing,returning only recently once more to oil paint.She completed a series of portraits, which include the likes of Banksy, which was published in Marmalade Magazine, Brian Haw the peace protestor and the singer Alison Goldfrapp. But her real obsession is insects, Spiders and finding the beauty in all creatures. Dead or Alive!She has exhibited extensively around London in all sorts of galleries and venues.Even going so far as a 17th century look out Tower on the cliffs of Essex. A joint show with her Mother and fellow Artist Hazel Albarn .Recently she showed in Stokholm which followed a limited edition book ‘Bee-headed’, published by Cederteg Publishing in Sweden and a solo show at ‘Lost in Beauty’ in London’s Primrose Hill.Jessica has collaborated with Modus Design Co. on an Art Carpet which was launched at the Milan Design Festival and the Best of British show at Selfridges, London last Year. This year she collaborated with Helmut Lang for the ‘Spiderling ‘ collection. To be launched in 09.
Up and coming projects also include a children’s book, a dark faerie tale written and Illustrated by her which is due to be published by Simply Read Books next Autumn.
